Patient goals

Start with what you want to get back to.

Most patients come to us with one of four goals. Find yours to see who it is for, how we help and which services are involved.

Injury & Pain

Get back to what you love, with a clear diagnosis and a plan built around your activity.

This may be you if
  • Pain that has lasted more than a few weeks
  • An injury that keeps coming back
  • Rest has not solved it
  • Considering surgery and want a second opinion
How we help

We start with a precise diagnosis, using in-office ultrasound when it helps. Non-operative care comes first: targeted rehabilitation, load management and, where the procedure is appropriate, image-guided procedures or orthobiologics. Return to activity is measured.

Goal

Perform Better

Move better and go further, guided by assessment rather than guesswork.

This may be you if
  • Training has plateaued
  • Returning to sport after injury or surgery
  • Preparing for an event or season
  • Want to lower your injury risk
How we help

A physician-led assessment of strength, movement and mobility sets your baseline. Training priorities follow from the findings and are coordinated with your coach if you have one. We re-test so progress is measured.

Improve Metabolic Health

More energy and a stronger foundation, through cardiometabolic assessment and medically guided change.

This may be you if
  • Borderline blood pressure, cholesterol or blood sugar
  • Low energy without a clear cause
  • Family history of heart disease or diabetes
  • Want medical support with weight
How we help

We look at the full picture: history, labs, body composition and daily habits. Your plan sets clear targets and combines nutrition, activity, sleep and medication when appropriate, with regular re-testing.

Goal

Stay Strong & Active

Plan for healthy aging, with strength, mobility and prevention addressed together.

This may be you if
  • Want to stay active for decades
  • Noticing changes in strength, balance or mobility
  • Going through menopause or other hormonal changes
  • Want one physician coordinating your care
How we help

Comprehensive internal medicine care covers prevention, screening and chronic conditions, alongside strength, bone and hormone health. One physician who knows your history keeps the plan together.

Not sure where you fit?

Many patients have more than one goal. Start with a consultation and we will build the plan around all of them.
